In the event that a specific flower or container is unavailable, we will substitute it with an item of equal or greater value, ensuring the overall style and theme of your arrangement remains as close as possible to what you’ve selected. It is standard for us to leave deliveries at the door if no one is available, unless we’re notified otherwise. There will be an additional fee if a re-delivery is requested instead of being left at the door.
